Now, if nobody can force you to wear yoga shorts then there is no other choice but to wear yoga pants. No matter how people point out to you the advantage of wearing yoga shorts at the end of the day, the most important thing is feeling comfortable with what you are wearing.
Whether you wear yoga shorts or yoga pants; what matters the most is that your clothing will not distract you as you do the things that you have to do.
